Michael Sarofeen practices extensively in the areas of business tax, business succession, estate, and wealth preservation planning, federal and New York business and individual tax advocacy, compensation and retirement planning, and business mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Sarofeen has over 30 years of experience representing clients including individuals, as well as small, medium and large businesses local, national, and international in scope. He has acted as lead counsel for mergers and acquisitions, real estate exchanges, executive compensation and business formation matters for a number of business organizations. He has lectured extensively for the New York State Bar Association and other organizations in Taxation and Advanced Planning.

Mark Arbon’s practice includes business, real estate and finance/economic development law. Mr. Arbon represents small and medium sized businesses in day-to-day activities, contract preparation and negotiation as well as mergers and acquisitions. In the area of real estate, Mr. Arbon represents buyers, sellers and developers of commercial real estate along with landlords and tenants in commercial leases and leasing matters.
